What are my coach’s qualifications?

All EquiLife Health Coaches are Level 1, Level 2 and Mastery Certified Integrative Health Practitioners. They receive ongoing training regarding labs, protocols and case studies by Dr. Stephen Cabral, Doctor of Naturopathy.

What happens after my Coaching Call?

After a coaching call, your coach will create a personalized Wellness Plan and upload it to your https://myhealth.equi.life account. You can then download the Wellness Plan and share it with your family or health provider.  We may also recommend supp

How often should I redo my lab tests?

We recommend retesting in approximately 4 to 6 months. This allows the body to respond to any supplements and/or protocols you may be taking and any other lifestyle changes recommended by your coach.

When should I schedule a follow-up consultation?

You will receive a complimentary coaching session whenever you purchase a lab. If you are interested in meeting with a health coach at any other time, follow up meetings are available at additional cost.

What will I receive at my follow-up consultation?

Your coach will review your progress from your prior test along with your suggested Wellness Plan. You will get advice and suggestions on how to improve your meal planning, food additions, nutritional supplement advice, and other aspects of following
