How and when do I schedule my coaching call?Updated 19 days ago
This FAQ covers the following Coaching call types:
1. Lab Selection Call
2. 30 and 60 Minute Follow up Calls
3. Private Health Coaching Clients, Initial Call
Upon email notification that your Coaching Call has been registered, please do the following:
- Login to the client portal at: https://myhealth.equi.life
- Click on the Appointments tab in the left-hand navigation
- Select the box next to the Call you are wanting to schedule for, and select Schedule Appointment
4. Select the date and time of your choice on the calendar that appears on your screen. Please verify that the timezone selected is correct.
5. Once your date and time is selected, a confirmation page with your name and email will appear. Please be sure to click the CONFIRM button.
6. Your appointment confirmation page will appear with the details of your scheduling appointment. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email. Both the confirmation page and the email will include a link to your coaching call.
