Why is it important for me to meet with my health coach?Updated 10 days ago

At your option you have access to a Certified Health Coach for a complimentary coaching call to review your lab test results. Also, in advance of your meeting, your coach will review your registration intake form to become fully informed of your health status. 

Our goal is to provide you a better understanding of your health & wellness. As part of reviewing your lab results, we go over each individual biomarker result enabling us to provide you an overall assessment. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and at the end you will given your own Wellness Plan to assist you moving forward.
