After a coaching call, your coach will create a personalized Wellness Plan and upload it to your&#xA0;<a href="https://myhealth.equi.life" style="text-decoration:none;">https://myhealth.equi.life</a>&#xA0;account. You can then download the Wellness Plan and share it with your family or health provider. &#xA0;We may also recommend supplements, protocols or additional lab test kits based upon your lab results.
