How do I change/cancel my appointment?Updated 2 months ago

To reschedule or cancel your video coaching call appointment:

Click on the Appointments link within the EquiLife Health Portal and select Cancel. 

Please note, cancellations 48+ hours from a call can be rescheduled via the appointments tab and selecting Schedule Appointment.

If you cancel an appointment with 48 hours of the scheduled time, you cannot reschedule and will need to email [email protected] for assistance.
