What is the lab registration policy?

All Lab tests must be registered online before being shipped to our lab facility. Otherwise, we will not be able to identify, track or provide you with your lab test results. Please note online registration is mandatory. Without a completed online re

Should I mail all the lab samples back to the same address?

No, please note that many of our labs are processed in different laboratories and therefore the samples CANNOT be combined when shipping back to the lab for processing. Please see each individual kit instructions for how and where to mail each sample

How will I receive my results and coaching call to review the results?

Once your test results are ready, you will be alerted via email that it's time to schedule a review of your results within the Ayubowan app. You will be prompted to book your Health Coaching call through the app at this time. On the day of your call,

Is there an intake form I should fill out prior to my health coaching call?

No, there is no written form to complete. Rather, when you receive your lab, you will be prompted to complete the electronic registration process which includes a health intake questionnaire. We highly recommend completing this section as accurately

I lost my instructions - where can I find a copy of these?

If I ordered a Lab Bundle (more than 1 lab purchased together with a single coaching call), do I need to wait for all lab results to be ready to have my call?

Yes, your coaching call cannot be completed until all lab results included in that call are ready. This is to ensure that our team and provide the most comprehensive review and wellness recommendations for you.

Can I use my HSA/FSA to pay for my labs and supplements?

Eligible expenses vary from plan to plan. Consult your plan directly to determine if the expense will be covered.

How do I mail back my lab if I live outside of the US?

All international clients are responsible for arranging their own shipping and associated shipping costs when returning samples to the lab. Please discard any domestic shipping labels included in your package. We recommend sending samples via priorit

Can I run labs for my children?

Yes! The minimum age for children we can work with is 3 years old.
