When should I send in my lab test sample? Is there a deadline by which I must send my lab sample to the laboratory?Updated 6 months ago

It is strongly recommended that all lab test samples are collected and returned to the laboratory within 14 days of receipt of the lab test.  Please do not wait or delay in returning your lab test sample. 

There is an expiration date for lab tests. All lab tests expire in six months from purchase date, but please do not delay in returning your lab sample. All lab test samples for all completed lab tests must be sent to the laboratory within that six month time frame. Unfortunately, there can be no returns or replacement lab tests sent after the six month time frame.

Please remember to register your labs prior to sending your sample to the laboratory.
