Why is the Portal asking me to authorize my Provider to have access to my lab results information?Updated 4 months ago

EquiLife and your provider follow federal and state regulations to protect your privacy. Privacy and security are the benchmarks of the EquiLife Health Portal. Thus, before EquiLife will share any of your health related information, we ask for you to authorize us to provide access to your Provider.

This enables your Provider to better serve you by becoming immediately aware of any health issues and then be able to track your progress. You have the ability to withdraw your authorization at any time, simply through the Portal. Only you control who sees your health information.
