All Lab tests must be registered online before you send your sample back to our lab facility. Otherwise, we will not be able to identify, track or provide you with your lab test results.

Please rest assured that we take your privacy very seriously. EquiLife's health information platform was built using state-of-the-art health technology designed specifically for the protection of health information. Your records are encrypted and stored securely on our systems.

Please register your lab within 10 days of receipt. Please do not delay. Registration instructions are provided on the orange card within your lab test box. 

Please note online registration is mandatory. Without a completed online registration, we are unable to provide you with your lab test results and refunds will not be provided.
