Where can I manage my subscription details?Updated 4 months ago

To protect your health and financial information, you must be logged-in to your EquiLife account to view or edit your subscriptions.  

  • To log-in to your account, please visit equi.life/account and log-in.
  • Once you are logged-in to your account, you can view your subscriptions, add or remove items from an upcoming order, skip or gift a shipment, or cancel a subscription, by visiting the subscriptions section of our site, found under the "My Account" link on the upper right corner of our site.  From the subscriptions page, it is easy to increase or decrease quantity, change your ship date to be earlier or later, or change your frequency of shipment. You can also add a product to your list of subscriptions or cancel a subscription.

If you do not see "My Account" as an option, you are not currently logged-in to your account. Please use the link above to log-in before attempting to view or change subscriptions.
