Where and how do I send my completed lab test kit(s) to the laboratory from within the US (domestic shipments)?Updated 10 days ago

Domestic lab kits will include an envelope along with a prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions included with your kit. 

Please note that many of our labs are processed in different laboratories and therefore the samples CANNOT be combined when shipping back to the lab for processing. 

Do NOT combine multiple samples into one box or envelope. 

If you send the incorrect sample to the incorrect lab please contact us at [email protected], but we cannot promise that you will be able to get a replacement lab at that time.

If you are missing a return envelope or label, email [email protected] and we can either email or send the missing component.

International labs - International lab kits will include an envelope, but due to each country’s unique requirements, the envelope may not be prepaid. Please refer to this FAQ with specific instructions for international lab test kits.
