What should I do prior to my hair sample collection?Updated 9 months ago

Prior to taking your hair sample make sure you have clean, dry hair. If your hair has been dyed or chemically treated, please wait at least 6 weeks before taking your sample. Please use a stainless steel scissors and take the sample from hair closest to the head. Hair taken from the end of the hair shaft does not provide accurate results. Please take hair from the head for the sample.

Lab registration will continue once you you're ready to collect the sample, and can enter the sample collection information. Be sure to continue through until all questions are answered, and you come to a final thank you page.
