Prior to taking your urine sample, please note the instructions on WHEN to collect the sample as collection time is important. It is important to make sure that you drink plenty of water in the day leading up to the test. Make sure you have all of your supplies ready and read the instructions so you understand what to do with the sample once it is collected.

Lab registration will continue once you you're ready to collect the sample, and can enter the sample collection information. Be sure to continue through until all questions are answered, and you come to a final thank you page.
