What do the different statuses mean next to my labs?Updated a month ago
If you do not see your purchased lab in your account, it means that either 1. the lab was not registered, or 2. you registered with a different email than you are logged in with.
-> To register the lab, click "register a new lab" to get started
If your lab has a status of "IN PROGRESS" or "AWAITING SIGNATURE" it means the registration has not been submitted. Please click the Complete Registration button to continue where you left off. This is required for testing to begin.
If your lab has a status of "COMPLETED" this refers to the registration and not the results. Thank you for registering! You can click View Registration to review the answers to your wellness intake.
If your lab has a status of "RESULTS RECEIVED" it means the results are ready. If you also finished registering, you will see a View Result button and a Schedule Appointment button.
If you do not see these buttons, it means the registration was not yet fully completed and you will need to click Complete Registration to full submit it before results are available to you.
