There is one caveat for lab tests. Once you have submitted your lab sample to our laboratory, there are no refunds. And please remember that at-home lab tests must be completed within six months of purchase. After six months, the test may no longer be sent to the laboratory, and no refund will be issued.

3. Product Exchange - As a third option, you can select a Product Exchange. A Product Exchange enables you to receive a one-for-one exchange without any additional payment required, or you can exchange for another product of greater/lesser value. We offer two flexible exchange options to best meet your needs:
Option 1: Direct Product Exchange (1:1 Exchange)
Easily exchange your original item for the same product. This option is ideal if you are replacing a damaged item or would like to swap flavors of the same product.
At the time of your exchange request, a secure pre-authorization will be placed on your selected payment method. This charge will only be finalized if the original item is not received by USPS within the 28-day return window. Once your return is received and processed by the carrier, the pre-authorization will be released, and no charge will be incurred.

Option 2: Exchange for a Different Product (“Shop Now”)
You may also choose to exchange for a different product. - If the item you select for exchange is of greater value than your original purchase, the difference will be securely pre-authorized using your selected

If the item you select for exchange is of lesser value than your original purchase, the difference will be automatically refunded to you. Return of Defective Goods

Domestic Returns With A Prepaid Shipping Label:
To expedite your return/refund shipment, EquiLife’s Return Program provides you with significantly discounted shipping rates. To make this possible, you pre-pay your discounted return shipping fee by having it deducted from your Refund or Store Credit. You will then receive a Prepaid Shipping label via email. Thus, no additional payment is required at the time of drop-off at your local USPS. Simply drop off your package at USPS, and you are on your way. We do recommend that you receive a receipt for your package.

Since consultations and coaching involve a practitioner's time, which has already been completed or reserved in their schedule, there are no refunds available.
