Yes, all lab tests expire in six months from purchase date. Thus, all lab test samples for all completed lab tests must be sent to the laboratory within that six month time frame. Unfortunately, there can be no returns or replacement lab tests sent after the six month time frame.

Please remember to register your labs prior to sending your sample to the laboratory.
