I started a registration with the wrong email, how do I change it?Updated 11 days ago
If a registration is still in process, and was initiated with the wrong email, follow these steps:
1. Log into https://myhealth.equi.life using the email from the in-process registration
2. Find the code in the list of labs, and select Delete Registration
3. Click the circle icon in the top right and then select Sign Out
4. Sign in with the correct email and password
5. Select Register a New Lab
6. Enter the lab code and select Validate to begin
If the registration is fully completed and changes need to be made, email [email protected] for assistance.
Please remember, each person registering a lab must use a unique email account. Clients cannot share accounts when registering.
