I have multiple subscriptions, can I combine them into one subscription?Updated 2 months ago

Yes, we now offer the ability to merge your subscriptions into one combined shipment.

To merge 2 or more of your subscriptions you’ll first need to login to your EquiLife account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.'

Locate the subscription with the order frequency and order date you wish to retain and select ‘Merge subscriptions' located to the far right of the options at the bottom.

From here you’ll be presented with a pop up showcasing each of your subscriptions eligible for merging. Use the checkbox to select the subscription(s) you wish to merge into your existing subscription. This will cancel the subscriptions you select and move all products into the originally selected subscription.

Confirm your selection by clicking “MERGE” in the bottom right hand corner of the pop up.
