- FedEx does not deliver to a P.O. Box. A physical street address is required.

Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico:
Due to multi-week port delays, we are unable to send packages to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii using our standard shipping service.
We have negotiated favorable rates on behalf of our customers for 2nd Day Air to those locations and prices are quoted during checkout.
International:
• Weekday orders placed before 12pm EST are processed the same day.
• Orders arrive within 5-7 days.
• Exact shipping charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all the items in the cart. Import taxes and tariffs are calculated separately as determined by your country and are quoted during checkout.
• The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes EquiLife to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees EquiLife may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
