How do I reschedule my appointment?Updated a year ago
To reschedule your appointment with your health coach within the Ayubowan App:
If your appointment is more than 24 hours from the scheduled date and time:
- Toggle to the Coach -> Appointments -> Upcoming section of the App
- Click on the circle with 3 dots on the upper right hand corner of your upcoming appointment
- Select Cancel Appointment, as shown above
- Select Yes, Cancel
- You can now schedule a new appointment by clicking the + New button and selecting a new date and time that works for you!
If your appointment is less than 24 hours from the scheduled date and time:
- Email [email protected] informing them of your need to reschedule
- Note: When cancelling/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time, your credit will not get automatically readded to your account
