How do I reschedule my appointment?Updated a year ago

To reschedule your appointment with your health coach within the Ayubowan App:

If your appointment is more than 24 hours from the scheduled date and time:

  1. Toggle to the Coach -> Appointments -> Upcoming section of the App
  2. Click on the circle with 3 dots on the upper right hand corner of your upcoming appointment
  3. Select Cancel Appointment, as shown above
  4. Select Yes, Cancel
  5. You can now schedule a new appointment by clicking the + New button and selecting a new date and time that works for you!



If your appointment is less than 24 hours from the scheduled date and time:

  1. Email [email protected] informing them of your need to reschedule
  2. Note: When cancelling/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time, your credit will not get automatically readded to your account
