How do I pause my subscription?Updated 2 months ago

You can now pause your subscription and reactivate at any time. Pausing means you’ll still have access to all of your subscription perks.

First, login to your EquiLife account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.

Locate the subscription you wish to pause and select 'Pause' from the bottom row of options. 

A confirmation box will appear, select ‘Pause’ to proceed with pausing your subscription.

To unpause at any time, repeat these steps to select 'Unpause'.
