First, login to your EquiLife account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.

Locate the subscription product(s) you wish to update and select 'Edit frequency' on the far left bottom row.

A calendar will pop-up where you can edit delivery date and frequency. After changes are made, select 'Apply.'
