Can I swap my subscription product for another?Updated 8 months ago

Yes! You can easily swap your product(s) at any time.

To swap your subscription products you'll first need to login to your EquiLife account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.

Locate the subscription product(s) you wish to update and select 'Edit Products'.

A pop-up will appear showing your subscriptions. Next to the product you'd like to swap click the three vertical dots to the right. A pop-up will appear. Select "Swap Item".

Select the product you would like to swap by scrolling or using the search bar. Confirm your selection my clicking "Confirm".

After confirming your selection click "Save changes" at the bottom of your subscriptions.
