How long do I have to return my item(s) once I have my return label?

Return shipping labels remain valid for 28 days from the date they are issued. We recommend sending your package within this timeframe, as labels will expire and become void after 28 days.

How much am I charged for a return label?

For your convenience, EquiLife prepays your return shipping fee of $7.93, which is then deducted from your return amount. In this way, you can easily drop off your package at USPS without any additional payment.

When will I receive/see my credit?

Store credit is typically issued within two business days after your return package has been received and processed by the carrier. Once processed, the credit will automatically be applied to your account. The credit will be visible on your dashboard

Where can I see my store credit amount?

Once logged into your EquiLife account, your available store credit balance will be clearly displayed on your dashboard and also during checkout as a payment option. You may choose to apply it to your order or save it for future use.

Do my store credits expire?

Store credits do not expire, allowing you the flexibility to use them whenever is most convenient for you (your 10% Bonus does expire after 90 days).

Are credits transferable?
