How do I process a return for a full refund?

How long do I have to return my item(s) once I have my return label?

Return shipping labels remain valid for 28 days from the date they are issued. We recommend sending your package within this timeframe, as labels will expire and become void after 28 days.

How much am I charged for a return label?

For your convenience, EquiLife prepays your return shipping fee of $7.93, which is then deducted from your return amount. In this way, you can easily drop off your package at USPS without any additional payment.

How soon after I return the item(s) will I see my refund?

A refund will be issued within two business days after your return package has been received and processed by the carrier. You will be notified via email.

Can I use my own return label?

No. At this time, all returns must be processed through our streamlined, authorized system, and we are unable to accept personally arranged return shipping labels.

What carrier do you use for your returns?

All shipping labels will be a USPS label.
