What am I supposed to eat for meals?Updated 2 years ago

Your coach will provide handouts for nutrition plans to follow while you are on your detox or wellness protocols. The Ayubowan app also provides for a great source of nutritious meals and recipes. Typically, we recommend having a smoothie for breakfast with the Daily Nutritional Support, berries, greens, as well as a healthy fat. For lunch and dinner, we typically recommend a protein, vegetable, healthy fat and root vegetable. The serving sizes at each meal will be dependent on the client's goals.
