Before collecting your sample, ensure that you have all of the necessary supplies. Read the instructions or watch the collection video on appropriate collection technique. Relax and obtain your samples!

You can pre-register your lab by scanning the QR code, or entering the code at https://labs.equi.life.

Lab registration will continue once you you're ready to collect the sample, and can enter the sample collection information. Be sure to continue through until all questions are answered, and you come to a final thank you page.
