Do I need to avoid anything prior to taking this sample?Updated 3 months ago

Please avoid the following 48 hours before collecting your urine sample: apples, grapes, pears, cranberries (whole and juice products), and collagen. 

Also avoid arabinogalactan, echinacea, reishi mushrooms, ribose supplements, and other vitamins/minerals unless necessary. 

If on a short course of antifungals or antibiotics, please wait 1 week after completing your course of antifungals or antibiotics. If you are on a long course of antifungals or antibiotics, please do not stop your treatment, simply note on you intake form the medications that you are on.
