Someone made a purchase with my Impact tracking link, but I don’t see it showing up in my dashboard. How do I know it worked?Updated a year ago

If your Ambassador account in Impact is active and someone made a purchase by clicking on your link, you should see that action show up in your dashboard when you log into your account within 3-4 hours, at most, of the purchase occurring. 

If you’re certain that your client used your tracking link to purchase and you still do not see the conversion, please email [email protected] with the Order Number and the link that you sent to your client so we can investigate the issue further.
