If my client makes a purchase and they opt into the EquiLife marketing emails, will EquiLife communicate to them directly? And will I lose the sale if they purchase direct or through an email they receive?Updated 3 months ago
Yes, anyone who opts in to EquiLife’s emails will receive them from the company. However, the goal of our newsletters is to introduce our latest products and promotions. By creating product awareness, it is our intent to assist you in your communication and merchandising efforts with your clients.
You will NOT lose sales through our newsletters since your clients are being tracked for 30 days after clicking your link. So even if your client decided to purchase directly through our email newsletter, you would still receive credit if they’ve clicked on your link within the last 30 days.
Additionally, if you have created an account on the EquiLife Health Portal as a Provider and invited your clients to be assigned to you (and they have accepted your invitation), then any purchases made by your clients (even via one of EquiLife's marketing emails) will automatically track to you.
