There are several foods I dont eat out of suspicion that I am sensitive to them. I would like to find out with the food sensitivity test. Should I re-introduce these foods before the test that way they are in my system?Updated 2 years ago

We recommend eating a variety of foods such as dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, soy, avocado, or any other foods that you want to test for 2 to 3 days before completing your food sensitivity test.
