No, the days you collect your samples need not be consecutive, but you will want to keep in mind that once collected the samples that are kept at room temperature/refrigerated are only viable for testing up to 20 days from the date of collection. The frozen vial remains viable for several months.

Make sure you note the date and time of each sample.
