What should I do prior to my blood spot sample collection?Updated 9 months ago

Here are a few tips: 

-Hydrate with plenty of water (2-4 eight-ounce cups) a few hours prior to collection 

-Rub your hands together or run your fingers under warm water prior to sample collection

We highly recommend reading through all instructions thoroughly before planning the day of your collection to make sure you are prepared and don't have additional questions. 

You can pre-register your lab by scanning the QR code, or entering the code at https://labs.equi.life.

Lab registration will continue once you you're ready to collect the sample, and can enter the sample collection information. Be sure to continue through until all questions are answered, and you come to a final thank you page.
