Results will automatically be delivered to your account the morning of your appointment time.
The reason, you ask? There is often a significant amount of confusion that can come from providing client's their lab results without an explanatory conversation. One of the key values that we hold is that it’s our responsibility to help our clients understand their results, rather than just toss them a complex lab report and let them flounder around the internet trying to interpret what the results mean for their specific situation. Our Medical Director created this policy about not releasing labs ahead of the coaching call to avoid this scenario. Additionally and more importantly, the lab companies we use require a licensed practitioner’s sign-off for every lab and we have a responsibility to ensure that the results are delivered in this way.
