How do I contact my health coach?Updated 3 months ago

Before a scheduled call, email [email protected] with your questions.

After your call, in the App select the ‘Coach’ toggle at the bottom of the screen and then select “Messages” at the top center of your screen. This is where your coach will provide any additional notes or links not included your wellness plan. This is received by the end of the day.

After your coaching call, you will have a chat opened with our Health Coaching Concierge for up to 2 weeks to answer clarifying questions about your plan. 

After the 2 weeks, your chat session will be closed. Please save any information provided in this section if needed for future use.
