How do I add a workout to the My Day section?Updated a year ago

To add one of our exclusive Ayubowan Workouts or Meditations to the My Day section:

  1. Toggle to Plan -> Explore
  2. Select the Workouts section
  3. Select the workout you want to add to the My Day section
  4. At the top right of the workout, select the + button
  5. Select the Time and Days of Week you plan to complete the exercise and then hit the Save button
  6. Toggle to Plan -> My Day to see the workouts added to your Plan and mark complete.
